We keep your data for the term of your business with us.  For Tax and accounting purposes I am required to keep your data for 7 years after our business has concluded. This would include contact details, invoicing and transaction details.

When we have no longer ongoing reason to process your information we will delete it or in the case of it being stored in back up archives we will secure this storage and prevent from any further processing.
